SHIPPING POLICY

In order to guarantee a smooth delivery of your order, all our packages have trackable shipping – delivery on signature. Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are automatically calculated as your order is confirmed, based upon the delivery destination and the chosen shipping method.

 

FREE DELIVERY

Laura Mercier Hong Kong offers shipping within Hong Kong only and depend ending on the value of a single purchase. If your order benefits from free shipping with minimum of HK$500, the delivery cost will be removed on the final payment page. For any purchase at a value below HK$500, a delivery fee of HK$60 is charged.

 

HONG KONG ONLY

We offer Standard Delivery Service to Hong Kong only.

 

Areas in Service

  • Standard Delivery Service is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Outlying Islands. This service is NOT available in specified areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O Island, Siu Ho Wan and Po Toi Islands.
  • P.O Box is not accepted as shipping address.
  • Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer when placing their order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, customer needs to place a separate order for each address.

 

Shipping Days and Schedules

  • The shipment will be ready in 5-7 business days upon confirmation of payment. This might vary depending on stock availability.
  • Under normal circumstances, shipment will arrive at the shipping address in 5-7 business days.
  • Delivery service is not available on Sundays and Public Holidays.

 

Delivery Schedule (in exception of Outlying Islands. Please refer to ‘Outlying Islands Delivery Schedule’):

Mondays to Saturdays: 09:00 – 19:00

Sundays and Public Holidays: Closed

 

Outlying Islands Delivery Schedule:

Cheung Chau: Monday to Saturday (14:00 - 18:00)

Lamma Island: Monday and Saturday (14:00 - 18:00)

Peng Chau: Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday (14:00 - 18:00)

 

SF Express Lockers

  • Orders can be delivered to SF Express Lockers selected by customer at checkout.
  • The Hong Kong, SAR of China phone number entered should be able to receive SMS notifications.
  • The shipment will be ready in 5-7 business days upon confirmation of payment. This might vary depending on stock availability.
  • Under normal circumstances, shipment will arrive at the shipping address in 5-7 business days. Customer will receive an SMS notification with the locker PIN upon delivery.
  • Customer should retrieve their order from the selected locker.
  • The item must be picked up within 30 hours of SMS notification. Should there be any difficulties, please directly contact SF Express Customer Service Hotline at +852 2730 0273

 

Shipment Tracking/Change of Shipping Address

  • Once the order is shipped out, the Waybill number can be obtained upon your request. Please contact SF Express to track your shipment.
  • Once the order is shipped out, any changes in the address shall be arranged with SF Express by contacting their Customer Service directly. Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.
  • If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express directly in order to make further arrangements. If the delivery cannot be reached multiple times, your order might risk being cancelled and not refunded.

Delivery Address

We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.

We currently accept orders for delivery within Hong Kong only. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

RECEPTION OF THE ORDER

The customer is responsible for verifying the delivery address of his/her order and its contents upon its arrival. The customer must also write down any concerns or issues on the delivery notification if the package appears to have been opened, damaged or suffered any other mishandling. If the ordered items are damaged, do not accept the package, explaining clearly why. We encourage you to contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving your package with details of your complaint. Signature without reservation constitutes acceptance of the package as is and Laura Mercier Hong Kong cannot be held liable for any incidental damage from shipping and transportation.

 


RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY

No return or exchange for merchandise sold (other than defective merchandise). Defective merchandise may be exchanged once during 7 days following the delivery of your order, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice.

Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Laura Mercier Hong Kong cannot accept returns where labels have been removed. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Laura Mercier Hong Kong. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense.

However, Laura Mercier Hong Kong will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. All exchanges are subject to availability. Exchanges and returns can only be made as described in Laura Mercier Hong Kong's instructions, which can be found under E-Commerce Policy on the Laura Mercier Hong Kong website. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at our stores.
